A. These signs are shipped flat in cardboard boxes made for them (with protective spacers).

Q. What if it comes damaged or bent?

Even though these are carefully packaged, sometimes things can happen during shipping or delivery. If you receive your sign and it has a bend in it or is damaged, please take pictures of both the sign and the box and email me by replying to your order confirmation or just messaging me through this website. I'll get a new order shipped out for you (or offer you a refund if you don't have time for a new order to arrive).
