Because my products are personalized and made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all details before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

If there is a mistake or misprint on our end, I'm happy to make it right.

Please send a photo through the message box in the lower right corner of my website, or email me at support@karmakweddings.com. I’ll review your message and, if the error is on my end, I'll issue a refund within 7 business days.
