How soon can I get these?
It depends on how many revisions you request and how quickly you approve your proof. Here’s how the process works:
1. Place your order and enter your customization details on the product page.
2. I’ll send a personalized proof within 1–2 business days.
3. You review the proof and let me know if you'd like any changes.
4. Once you approve the final version, your order typically ships within 2 business days.
If you're in a hurry, UPS 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout. You can also check the shipping map photo on the product page to estimate how long delivery may take based on your location.
Will I be able to see a proof/preview first?
Yes! I’ll send you a single PDF proof that includes all of your cards together, so you can review everything at once. If you need any changes, there’s no need to resend your spreadsheet — just reply by email with your list of edits. I’ll make as many revisions as needed until everything is perfect, and then send you a final proof for approval before printing.
How many changes can I make?
As many as you need! I’ll keep making revisions until everything looks just right and exactly how you want it.
Can I use different fonts than what's shown?
It depends on the time of year. During the busy wedding season, I’m usually not able to take on full custom design requests — but feel free to reach out! I have a wide selection of fonts already, and there’s a good chance I have something similar to what you’re looking for.
Can I use my own color? I have a color code.
Yes — I can match any color you’d like, as long as you have a color code (HEX, RGB, or CMYK). All cards are printed in CMYK, so keep in mind that colors may look slightly different in print compared to how they appear on your screen. If you’ve used this color in professionally printed materials before and were happy with the result, it should print well here too.
How soon can I get these?
For items with instant previews, your order moves to production right after you place it — no additional proofing step required. Please double-check all spelling and details before checking out.

Favor Tags typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Coasters, Paper Plates & Foam Board Signs usually ship within 2–4 business days.
Foil-Stamped Napkins ship within 3–5 business days.
(Business days do not include weekends or holidays.)
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All items ship through UPS Ground. If you're in a rush, you can upgrade to UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight at checkout.
Can I choose a different foil or napkin color than what’s shown?
The foil and napkin color combinations shown are the only ones I currently offer. I often get asked about black foil, but both the matte and shiny options tend to smudge or print slightly outside the design lines, which doesn’t create the clean, polished result I want to deliver.
If you’re looking for black text, I do offer a printed (ink) version instead. Just keep in mind that ink can feather a bit on napkins due to the texture of the paper, giving it a softer, more organic look.
Do you offer rush production or shipping?

I’m not able to offer rush production at this time.
Rush Shipping
Faster shipping options are available at checkout. UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight are both offered if you need your order to arrive sooner.
Can I cancel or change my napkin order?
Foil-stamped napkins go into production quickly, and a custom foil stamping plate is created right away — so I’m not able to make changes once the order is placed. Be sure to double-check the preview and spelling before checking out!
If you catch a mistake shortly after ordering, reach out as soon as possible. Depending on where things are in production, I may be able to cancel it for a $25 fee (which covers the cost of the foil plate). From there, you can place a new order with the updated info.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
I get it — things happen! If you noticed a typo, date error, or any other mistake after placing your order, just reach out. I’ll offer special discounted pricing on a reprint to help you get exactly what you need.

I’ll either refund your order right away or send a free reprint — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction truly means the world to me.
What if I'm missing something from my order?
If anything is missing from your package, please reach out right away so I can make it right. I’ll get any missing items shipped out to you as soon as possible.
