1. Download your template to your computer.

2. Open Adobe Reader

3. Open your template through Adobe Reader.

*It's important that you open your file through Adobe Reader. If you simply click on your download to open it, it may open in a "preview" mode, and you won't be able to edit your text.

Simply click in a text box and hold down the control button (command on a Mac) and click "e".

This will bring up a text editing bar so that you can change your text color, font style and font size if you like.

Edit your text to suit your wedding or event.

Print & trim your template on the trim lines. Or, if you purchased a large sign, you can save your file and send or bring to a quick print shop like  FedEx, Kinko's, etc.

Most print shops will want a flattened file. But it's super quick and easy to do!

Simply click "file" and "print" and choose "PDF". Save your template with a new name. This is the version you'll send to a print shop.
